Straightliners coming back to Enniskillen on the 9th September.

Back in 2005 this was the first drag racing event I'd ever been too.

I am trying, but with the timescale...its unlikely.

the engine I was using at TOTB was only thrown together as a temporary measure to get me to the event, as my last one suffered problems at Retro show a Santa pod, July 7th.

Unfortunately Ive had to remove that engine, so I can rebuild a proper engine again, as I only have 1 block.

And getting new pistons made etc etc all takes time. And most Americans arent renowned for their speedy service.

Completely understandable. But the Ford man my father raised me to be, before I bought a Subaru, would love to see it beat all the Jap Stuff.

Perhaps not a popular opinion on this forum lol

lol probably not mate but the granada is class. would love to see it going again myself.
