I was supposed to go in September, but pulled out for some dopey reason. 5 of my mates went. They thought it was fantastic. Worst part is that you only do 20ish minutes driving all day, but they want to go back, so the 20 minuites must be good

Cool

BTTT, cause I'm doing this mid-August!

Can't wait, 4x 5 stages in a MKll Escort
2x 6 stages in a Scoob Impreza Turbo
2x 6 stages in an Audi Quattro Turbo (350bhp)

Have a look here and go into the gallery section for pics of the cars!!

Hope to post pics of the day in due course.
Anyone else been?

Cool

Did you drive the Audi or the 6R4?

I don't know what it costs - I'm a guest

I went last year, good crack in the scooby, although they don't really let you give the mk2 for all its worth. The girl that 'buckles' you in was well fit

I went last year and had a ball. I drove the MKII and the scoob, they never had the 6R4 or the Audi then. I would have to say its the best rally school I have been to, even if it is a bit sore on the pocket.

Been to RSI, gr8 days entertainment. Seems to have taken too many silly pills as far as price increase goes! We paid £280 each for the platinum day, now up to £320! Has anyone been to the school in Craigavon?

The one in craigavon was formally known as "The Rally Experience" and used to run at Nutts Corner.

I've been to Nutts Corner, but not Craigavon. I have to say it was badly run at Nutts Corner, the cars were clapped out MK2 escorts and a 205GTI.

You get out of the car, your hands are stinking with oil, your clothes are marked with grease/oil from the safety belts.

It may be better now, and I seriously hope that it is, but I'd bet they still have the same old MK2 bangers.

I saw a Nova and a scooby a couple of months ago in the Meadows shooping center in Portadown belonging to them.

The guys with the scoob and Novas are protosport, I have been here with the ISDC and with the rally experience at Nutts corner.

Both are a much cheaper day out and obviously done to a budget (Protosport was about 40stg for 1/2 day)
