Great idea of everyones to merge both boards together. More than one post a day, what an improvement, Now when are the regulars or background boys going to come out of hiding, Kevin, Naf, Paul, Eoghan, etc..........

When are we all going to enrol in the ISDC which will be organising some events in the near future. The more members the better and don't forget the joining fee is less than a fill up of petrol and you will enjoy the benifits of track days, discounts, club magazine and of course the absolutely fantastic ISDC window stickers.

Cheers

Alan

I've just joined ISDC and was chatting to Paul (macs power ) and he told me that if they can get 100+ members (50 at present) they should be able to get car insurance for £550 per member to cover any car for a year . Apparantly the porsche owners club have 130 members and this is the deal they got .
So get your cheque books out - after all £25 a year isn't much .
BTW memberships have to be paid by February .

Now if that doesn't wake everyone up to the benefits of the club, what will.

Will this insurance cover the north? Will it be scooby only? I know loads of people who pay more than 550 quid a year for insurance. Is there any reason they couldn't join just for the insurance?

Fast Bloke,

The details of the insurance cover is pretty greay area at the minute. I just know that the porche club get it for that. I went to the broker in question and asked him for the same deal. he told me to come back to him with 100+ cars and he would try to do the same. Remains to be seen I guess. Would be nice though??

Paul.
