Excellent info from Jfelstead. Whenever I get to do a trackday in my car I will definitely use these as a guideline, except the red bull. (I will have at least 4 cans)

It makes good reading as I'm heading for knockhill in march, I think I'll go as a spectator to kirkiston though! Can't afford both.
