Those nasty NW200 motorcycle riding spectators have sufficient acceleration to allow safe and efficient overtaking from cruising at the speed limit. In turn this opens up a significant revenue stream for the PSNI Xmas dinner and pension fund. One thing that is sure to improve road safety is the elimination of safe and efficient overtaking and everything possible will be done in persuit of this goal.
