Is that off all prices of all stock?
And finally are they an Alpine dealer?

I would guess its items of current stock.....IIRC its this time of year when the audio companies bring out their new models, and current (soon to be old) models get discounted.

They are Alpine dealers, or at least they were a few years ago.
