Be carefull with AA Goldcar cover it has an exclusion in the small print for an undefined area around 'Nurburgring' , as someone found to thier cost last year and they cancelled his Policy while he was on the Phone

havnt booked ferry or anything yet although i got a quote this morning for the 7am hoverspeed i think at £99 ..... bargain......

Dont know if you guys know but its oldies weekend over there that weekend, which means very busy on the grand prix circuit .... we may still be going as long as we can get hotels etc. When i say we i mean the two 944 turbo's and my french clutter

Trouble is, Karl can do the Ring in his sleep, he's done that many laps!!

 

I have the same problem Matt, not that I have done that many laps but every time i shut my eyes im looking at every corner, every gear change and every line ...... bloody place is addictive big time

Going to the ring on friday to the 24hour race as a vip guest of the Infineon Audi team.

Anyone else going to be there this weekend?????

 

Wurzel, try and come over on Thursday instead of Friday, it's a bank holiday and they close off the centre of Adenau in the afternoon, fill it up with beer tents and let the 24h race drivers, drive through doing doughnuts etc while everyone watches on getting p*ssed

Shescooby what time ferry are you catching friday?? I am on the 7.45 or 8am hoverspeed thing and davy boy is on the fast ferry from calais to bolougne ... so we may see you on the roads? How many of you are going and what are you driving? and where are you staying? nosey git aint i?
