Just seen this.
Karl, as I'm bringing my car over, I don't need to bring a jacket which is "lightweight, waterproof, warm and folds up into a very small package" (tm) so I won't be bringing it
See you soon,
Matt

Gutters,
As you may or may not remember from last time, the Golf certainly does work It would work even better though with a local more experienced Ba$tard in it......
Dunno exactly but aiming to take an early morning chunnel on the Friday so we be there in time for opening.....
Davy,
Not this Subaru (with any luck ) Also, you should try and grab a lap with Ed, to see what the Cup can really do - it's hilarious.....

I hope for your sake I don't over take you! Although if I do I will make sure I post a thread about it How many laps have you done now? I reckon I am about 115 or something, I have lost count.
Of course none of us time laps but what do you think you will be able to do in the Impreza? Have you taken it before?
Shame I wont be in the Leda and R rated tyre 944 turbo really
Ed has promisd Clare a lap - and I have seen some footage of his car, and it looks funny.

Lotus exiges coming in the rear view mirror? dont think so.
Just arived back from the 24hr race, a very tiring but awesome experience, i was lucky enough to spend the race in the pits with one of the front running BMW's as a spare pair of hands to the team mechanics, thats an experience that i wont ever forget.
If you get the chance, go see the 24hr race at the ring, it's makes Le Mans look tame by comparison.

It wasnt something that was planned at all. I went over to watch the race and support Gareth Lloyd, who was the 3rd driver of car 52. Next i knew i had some overalls on and was mucking in with the team lending a hand when i could. It was great to spend the weekend with such a profesional team as Moore International Motorsport and experience first hand the drama, work and fun that happens during such a gruiling race.
No doubt you would have looked in Richard, we were in pit garage #5 that Shuey used at the GP, next to us was the works Opel Team, shame we didnt get to meet up.
***** Moore, Dave *** and Gareth Lloyd ended the race 15th overall and 2nd in the most hotly contested class of the field, A6.
I also bumped into Phil Bennet during the race, havnt seen him since the days he used to come to trackdays with us before he signed for the BTCC, so that was nice to catch up with him too.

Saturday/Sunday were mainly dry and fine, today is more of the same, lots of cloud but dry, next weekend is anyone's guess at the moment. Lets just hope it's less crashy than yesterday, I'd had enough by about 2pm!
