Hi there.
I know this is going to sound strange, but.... Where the F$%K is the horn?? I have a 94 wrx. Is it meant to be on the steering wheel and wheels been replaced? Also... Fog lights? How do you turn those things on without a switch??

It's either on the wheel of on the stalk. If the wheel's been replaced, you are out of luck.

Fog lights should have switches to the right of the wheel on the dash near the door.

Hi mate , fire up a pic off your steering wheel and it might determin if its a simple fix.

Lol, the horn must be somewhere otherwise it wouldn't
pass the mot.

Have you tried pressing in the centre of the wheel? I have a Nardi
wheel and mine is a small plastic disc in the centre of the wheel.

Edit: just realised you are in France so don't know if they have
a vehicle test or what's involved but good luck finding it.

They certainly do, and it's stricter than ours, but only every TWO years...a bit like what we were promised, before this nutless government caved once again

Yeah, I know the switch. Maybe the bulbs of the fuse need looking at on that one. Cheers for having a look!
