Default anybody use a twin gauge pod on a blob-eye?

i have one ready to fit but it goes over the alarm sensor,i know tubby cut the wires to his sensor and moved it but im not keen on doing that, would it be ok to drill a hole the same size as the sensor into the pod so its not covered? whats everybody else done?

My bugeye one just misses the sensor, but i really had to push it down hard between the screen and dash. How much further down do you need to miss it?

Where are you doing it on the pillar or the centre where the clock is?

That looks exactly like my pod , and mine squeezed just behind the sensor.

I went for the OEM look A-Pillar pod, If fits in exactly the same position and is the same colour but with 2 gauge holes in it, Then i moved my sensor to the top of the A-Pillars nearly out of sight but still do the job

If i were you i would just cut/extend the wires and put them where you want, Its an easy mod
