Default Broken seatbelt latch!

Hi guys,

well it went sour, then got better, now it's properly sha*ged. Got a long trip on Monday and can't seem to find a latch for love nor money (and when talking money the few who have offered are asking anything up to 50 quid).

Is it fixable or does it have to be replaced? It's a 97 type R coupe but I guess most V3 impreza seatbelt catches should be the same?

Cheers,
Dave

If it were me, and to be on the safe side, I'd change the WHOLE seatbelt, belt AND latch, to be sure.

The reason is that I once put new seats in and my old belt latched, but wouldn't STAY latched in the new latches. I had to swap out for the ones off my old seat bases.

ebay usually has plenty from that age car.
