Default iPhone head unit ???

As title really, are there any car stereo's out there that work well with iPhones. Looking for something that I can plug my phone into and listen to the music from its memory.
Not clued up on ICE so any advice would be gratefully received,

Thanks,
Matt.

any car stereo that has a 3.5mm input jack on the front will work, you can plug the other 3.5mm end into your phones headphone socket.

I have just got an Alpine Ida-x305 and it's superb. Displays all the albums artwork and is really easy to navigate through your songs/albums.

Had a play with one of these in Halfrauds today,

very cool but not sure how much of a gimmick it would end up being.

Very good idea tho but need double din which my UK classic doesn't have!

I have a Kenwood head unit which has the parrot bluetooth kit in it, sync all your contacts and tunes. Auto answer etc, mutes audio and even does the iPhone say nav through the stereo, nice bit of kit, just over £100 too from memory. Also has the USB socket on the front for standard connection and also charges it.

I don't have an iPhone but have a Kenwood head unit with a wire out of the back for a Usb stick. A lot of the music i have on my phone is not the sort of stuff i listen to in the car which is why the stick is great for driving music only. I suppose you could have a playlist set up for the car but hey ho - i still don't have an iPhone so my own advice is wasted on me

I have the standard head unit (kenwood) with a separate parrot bluetooth and a separate FM transmitter which i connect iphone into. Just fitted new front Pioneer speakers and dynamat etc. Sounds ok but could be better!
