MY00 Top Glove box

How does the Top Glove box in the Centre of a My00 come out? is it apart of the whole dash or does that part just slide out?

Definatly a seperate part, as mine was removed and replaced with a 3 pod gauge, it was a subaru option at the time. Cant help with the process though.
