Default which gauges?

Hi all, I am going to fit some gauges into my 96 WRX and have some Qs.

I want to keep the boost gauge at the bottom of the windscreen pillar and fit an oil temp and oil pressure gauge probably under the stereo in the second DIN slot, as most of these have three holes what is a worthwhile 3rd gauge (or 4th in total) is a water temp gauge worth the hassle of fitting?

I know not all gauges are equal but whay should I look for in gauges i.e. how they work. There are various prices from about £15 each up to DEFI prices, I can't justify the DEFI prices but I don't want cheap rubbish that don't really do much. Is a bigger sweep better? some do 90 degrees and some do 270 degrees, I would have thought that a bigger sweep would show smaller changes and is therefore better?

Any opinions will be appreciated.

i believe the prosport gauges are a cheaper version of the defis...
look really well also but i have 5 defis in my car and personally wouldnt want anything else..

i also have a set of scoobyworld autometer gauges but all the piping and wiring runs to the gauges which is very time consuming...
