Default Screws!

Hi,

I have a 2003 Impreza WRX. Got a few screws missing from various parts of the interior - namely the glove box. Anyone have any idea where best to get some replacement screws from? Do I have to get them from a Subaru main dealer?

Thanks,
Llyr

Above, or breakers.

You might be surprised at how cheap things like screws, clips etc are from a dealer.......

I just got a couple of screws missing from the glove box. With the door open the screws are top left & top right of the glove box - where it screws onto the rest of the dash board I think - duno why they're not there!

I assumed the dealer would be expensive, and I haven't got a dealer that near by. Is there another way of getting stuff ordered without actually going to the dealers?

Thanks for the replies

Yes, if their parts dept are up for it. My local one, Leger Subaru at Donny will order stuff and send it you in a jiffy bag, provided you can describe the part, where it's from etc, and have ten minutes to talk to him about it on the phone.

I'd reply to SCOOBY TOWERS first though: those 3/4" ones sound right to me

Sorry for taking a long time to reply. Yes those sound like the right ones - have one missing and just been out to look at the other one.

Have you one going spare?

In the post.

Payment wise - Stick something in a Charity tin or do someone else a favour one day

Shout if there not the correct ones - I had loads of different fixings to choose from, so I'm just guessing their correct.
