upholstering MY02 in alcantara?

Anyone give a ball-park figure on the cost and ease of the above?
I had a Terzo with part-alcantara upholstery, I thought it was wonderul. Leather is too slippery (not sure about hot in summer, have heard different stories), and I would probably stick to the sport seats rather than the buckets, so something to stop me sliding would be good.
I don't know also how easy it is to upholster in part-alcantara, rather than full, which might look a bit OTT.
Any comments?
