Default Pro stepper gauge questions....

Hi guys, i have a feeling this has been answered before but i'm struggling to find it on the search thingy.

My first question is can someone please tell me, for the love of god, how the **** you turn off that irritating warning noise that the pro stepper gauges make when you first start the car?

The next few questions are easy.......

1 - I have a volt gauge already installed and today i will be installing my boost gauge. What boost should my car be running at? It's a 2003 wrx blob with no engine mods.??

2 - I am also istalling an oil temp and oil presure gauge although not fitting the sandwich plate and hooking them up yet as that canbe done on the service which is due soon. So what should the oil pressure be and what temp should the oil be at?

Any help would be great!

Cheers

Jonny

Hi Mate, posted a question re boost pressure for STD Blob on SIDC yesterday, got this answer, WRX STD - .8 Bar, Sti- 1.1 Bar, other answer was 1Bar = 14.7 Psi, I assume that the 2nd answer was letting me know the conversion from Bar to Psi ..HTH.

If i remember rightly to turn the beeping off you hold the button in on the gauge and then turn the ignition on, cant remember for how long, just a couple of seconds i think

Fitting tips for the gauges can be found here.....
https://www.scoobynet.com/group-buys...gauges-13.html

For reference;
My Oil pressure is 7.7bar max
My Oil temp is anywhere between 80 (normal) and 90 (sat in traffic)

Result! thanks notfub, i've moved the plumbing to the small hose coming from the top of my dumpvalve and now have a healthy reading of 14 psi which is about a bar!

Flib, dont think that works, cant get mine to stop beeping upon star up its loud with just one gauge let alone when i get the other 3 plumbed in lol

deffo, to silence beeps, hold button in with ignition off, turn on ignition, let the opening ceremony complete switch ignition off, release button, guys on another note, where did ya all fit your boost senor senders, fit them behind the dash, they are not really what you call water proof, had a few mates with them failing after they had fitted them under the bonnet, and being detailing gurus, they soaked the sender unit then it fecked up.
