Are they mechanical or electrical? are they worth the money (>£600)? are they reliable and precise?

Does anybody has experience with them?

I want to have 3 gauges but only to fit the area below the radio.

Help would be appreciated.

Cheers

They are mechanical (apart from the volt meter ).

I can't confirm their accuracy, but would suspect that they are OK. However, they are very expensive for what they are, the lighting on them is poor, and they are small so reading them accurately is difficult. If you've got the money for them, I'd suggest that you consider either some other manufacturer for mechanical gauges or perhaps the Defi gauges that are available via various sources in the "General" section at the moment.

PS If you are mounting them below your radio (I presume you have replaced your double din unit with a single din one, or do you get a different radio where you got your car?) you'll need a different pod to the standard Subaru one.

Hello Mate!

Yes i have a single dim radio. So I've got some space below. The problem , i think , is that Defi Gauges (that I find the most beautiful) are too big. I think to fit that area you need a 43/42 mm diameter whereas the Defi is 52mm.
Correct me if i'm wrong.
So the options are far fewer.

C.
