Default Classic rear seatbelts and baby seats

Is there any issues with these? I see a lot of them up for sale now and then, and I can't see why people would need them.

But maybe I can....

....Not sure if its just my MY00, but when I put my baby seat in the back (can't turn off passenger airbag to go in front), I have to fully pull out the seatbelt. It seems quite short and when it gets to the last foot or so it makes a clicking noise, the sound of the reel going round against its will.

This is the worst part; Once fully extended, if it slips back even 1mm, I have to reset the whole thing and start again. So if I have the seatbelt in only 2 of the 3 seat mounting points and it goes back, I have to undo the whole thing and start again. Not good in the rain.

Anyone else have the same issues?
