Default boost gauge fitting help cheers

hi i have brought some prosport stepper gauges just to confirm on the boost gauge can i tap into the pipe on the right side coming out of dump valve.

If it's a classic isn't there an spare nipple on the manifold? On a new age I've heard that taking a feed off the dump valve can interfere with boost control. I took my feed off a pipe at the front of the manifold then followed the accelerator cable back with the hose, if interested I'll take a photo tomorrow.

no its a blobeye so no spare nipple i can see,which is what confused me when i fitted one to a classic a few years back.
