Nomad Gauge Pod
Hey people,
I'm thinking of jumping on the prosport 52mm gauge group buy and have been looking at pods and like the look of this:-
found here:-
Nomad Racing online store for Ford | RS | Subaru and much more..
Has anybody got this in there scooby and have photographs? It looks different to the normal centre pods (in a good way?) as it doesn't sit as high as well as being angled to the driver, and I would like to see what the colour match is like for the rest of the dash.
Also just out of interest has anybody got the Nomad A-pillar pods as they look a close match?
As you can tell I NEED it to look like they were built to be there!!!
One last thing...any more recommendations?
Cheers all
Paul

Mate I have just put this pod in my 2004 WRX with three 52mm Prosport gauges. I'll get some photos shortly. I do have to say though that the fit of the ATI pod was spot on and the match to the dash is excellent.

Iv got mine a few months ago along with the Prosport Stepper Gauges. The Nomad pod is same as JW racing pod. The pod is a great shape & great price. Colour is slightly different, more black thean grey. Only problem is there is no proper way to hold pods firmly down, flush. There will always a gap & the ends stick up a bit more. The other design fault is that though the pods outer shell is angled towards the driver, the inside of the pods is actually straight. This means the pods look towards driver, but the gauges look straight! They didnt design the insides at the same angle as the outside. But overall Im quite happy with them, still the best looking pods out there IMO
