Default 3 inch harnesses

Someone told me that if you fit these they wont pass an MOT - only the 2 inch wide ones will - is that rubbish? (assumed if you kept the OEM seatbelts in place too, it would be fine - but he was sceptical...). Only reason I'm asking is 'cos he's from a well known tuner...

Thanks!!!

I have no actual seatbelts within my car, all of them have been removed. I just have 3" harness's in the front seats. Obviously my rear seats have nothing... because theyre not in there anymore

For MOT purposes you are supposed to be able to operate them with only one hand, as far as I remember....
