bugeye WRX -> STi gearknob
I have a bugeye WRX and the centre console has been swapped for STi one with alloy gearstick surround and leather gaiter. The gear **** is currently standard WRX and the gaiter doesnt fasten to it. Gaiter has like a press stud fastener on the top, which I guess just keeps it tight around whatever it fastens to.
What do I need to buy to sort this properly so it looks like it should with the gaiter fastening to the gearknob ?

Sounds like the gaiter itself is an aftermarket item
, the original did not have press stud fixings.
By an OEM gaiter from Subaru.................problem solved

Think there's an alloy bit in the top of the gaitor for thre 6 speed/lift reverse STi jobbie.
Don't know how this attachs though, obviously 5 speed uses a collar in the gearknob that holds up the gaitor.
