guys, does anyone know how to prevent the electric window regs from scratching the outside of the windows? I have a MY98 impreza 5dr and ALL my windows are marked

 

Hi mate I think you will find its not the window regulators but the window steady bushes on the inside of the doors. If you take the door cards off and have a look at where the window steadies are they will be worn. I replaced mine then found a friendly autoglass polishing service to remove the scratches.
