Where have you placed your Defi controller?

I've taped mine to the cubby hole below the stereo, but would like something a bit neater...

That's different - haven't got anywhere near enough wiring to reach that far!!

Thing is, I've just fitted the carbon dash panels. I'm a bit reluctant to start cutting them...anyone got any pictures?

 

 

Yep got mine there as well

You have to extend the wiring but it's no problem as it's just normal wire, got mine from maplins

 

Just a quick ? do Defi do a a clock or a multi function type guage using oleds or sumit like that so that you can have either time or use it for some other function like inlet charge temp. to match the gauges , as i`m interest in a oil temp and pressure gauge, but already have a boost gauge on the steering column. And don`t really want to loose the abilbity to tell the time without looking at my watch.

Cheers for those - I fancy a forester pocket, but don't have any silver trim on mine (replaced it all with the carbon look trim panels)...

Wonder if Subaru do the door pocket in the carbon trim?

 

Ninnybobs - how hard is the trim to cut? Also fancy the custom knocklink in a similar place...where have you mounted the knocklink board?

Knocklink board is mounted under the Defi Pod (where the clock normally is).

If you put the Defi controler where the cup holder is, it will stand about 1cm proud. 10 minuted cutting with a dremel will allow you to mout the controller flush with the facia.
