Default Boost gauges

Want to fit a boost gauge in my MY00 Classic but I want one that best matches the standard gauges. White with green backlighting. Which ones would people recommend? Pics?

Wow, I had no idea the Subaru pod could hold 3 60mm gauges (at least I think thats the Subaru pod, correct me if Im wrong). Looks like there had to be some triming. I was looking into the Omori gauges.

The hks direct bright gauges are the best match for the original dials.

The only one I know that matches the MY00 is the Lamco which fits on the steering column.

I've got the Lamco that attaches to the steering column, very discreet even my missus doesn't moan about it, white dial green backlight.

Boost Gauges are not model specific, you just need to get the right housing, try doing a search.

I've got Autometer UltraLites and they are a great match for the white dials.

If you do a search on here, Talizmans old RB5 had them mounted in an a-pillar pod. Only about 60 quid I think.

Light up green as well but you can get different colour covers for the bulbs.

Wink

CanucktypeSTI: No that's a Scoobymania (Nottingahm) pod, cost me about £80 undrilled.

Three 60mm Defi's just fit, no trimming needed.

As far as lighting up is concerned, I've not seen ANY other gauges that more closely replicate the OE Subaru dials in lit up mode: In early Darkness they light up with darker green letter/numbers on a white dial, just like the OE ones do, and then as night falls, they go bright green on lighter green , just like the OE ones. I'll try for some pics tonite.

been looking at getting a single boost gauge for my 01 wrx, does anyone know where I can get a good looking gauge from, unsmoked with backlight from? but not too pricey.....need a 52mm gauge to fit.
How simple are these bits of kit to kit? The gauge that is.....not the pod
cheers Larsdowg
