Gear **** Change
Hi,
My Aunt just got a new Scooby, black, looks sweet, she wants the gear **** changed, but i aint sure if i can just yank it off, or if i need to cut the shaft below it, any ideas?

not sure about new age but with the classics you just give it a good twist and then a good yank/twist and off it comes

Does anyone know what the fitting adaptor on the subaru website is all about? Thought that it would be a straight swop.
Was looking to change the mine gear **** on my MY03 WRX but don't really want to pay main dealer prices for somthing I know I can get cheaper elsewhere.
