Sell Defi gauge and get SECS? opinions

I bought a defi BF boost gauge a while ago and was going to buy another two (oil temp and oil pressure) AND get a knocklink, but now i'm thinking it'll be cheaper all round to just get the SECS device in the dash hood and sell the BF and the controller?
Will I be missing anything using the SECS or vice versa? can a SECS be as good as having a KnockLink? The only this which put me off a SECS in the first place was the size of the screen, is it readable whilst driving if you've got the data display on shoing KC and BP?

same dilema I have. I was thinking of getting a knocklink but know that the secs monitors knock.
Do they both do they same thing. Which is better at displaying/notifying you of a potential knock problem ?
Obviously the secs is more expensive but I'm not bothered about that.
Any advice greatly appreciated.
