What are the buttons/dials on the dash underneath the climate control?

One looks like a headlight position adjuster but I can't make out the others.

 

Looks like you have a MY00 same as me,(mine UK model though) i only have one extra switch beside the headlight adjuster though, and its labelled up "BRIGHT" on my wagon ... all this does, and don't ask me why, is it dims the LCD clock on the dash

Edited to say , its late, and i forgot there is one more which is the head light washer
