Scooby Wagon

Hi All

I know this may sound a stupid item to post but both our front seat belts make a horrible high pitched squeal when they are pulled out to fasten. I know the car is under warranty, just wondered if there was a simple cure, as my dealer is 90 miles away (don't want to coment on the net about the local dealer)not much of a problem belts otherwise seem fine, I'm not a morning person, can't bear that noise first thing
Also an annoying cracking noise from round the N/S door centre pillar, seems worse when the inside temp of the car is cold, maybe being a bit fussy but these items spoil the enjoyment of an otherwise superb car

Yeh, thought of that but not sure where to spray & don't want to get covered in the stuff each time I put the belt on,will have a look behind the panel & the weekend
