Just wondered if anyone has had a dash styling kit fitted, you know the 20ish piece carbon/alloy/wood effect stick on stuff?

If so any pics?

I`ve got a MY97 and find the dash really crap, any other ideas to smarten up the interior?

 

I have the carbon stuff on my MY01 and it looks the pups nuts! Sorry no pics though... The fit is brilliant and you cannot tell it is an 'afterthought'.

Probably will get it now, just can`t decide between carbon or alloy effect???

 

U may wana try search as i cant recall wot threads were but many examples about although as a similar owner of a MY97 i've so far only managed white dials, with sum breakage, & getting nitosport gear surround & **** fitted 2morrow. But when i was looking into the surround thing i found that stickers were costly & potentially not gr8 quality so was/am still tempted 2 follow trousers lead & paint surrounds. Obviously wont work for a carbon effect but if u want alloy styleee check it out:

What paint is best to give high quality finish and hardwearing?

 

Couple of coats of Nissan Starburst Silver and plenty of lacquer should give a nice alu appearance.

I believe trousers was titanium finish But u may wana check with the man himself.......
