Almost interior trim damage

Have a 96 UK turbo
Has anyone noticed wear of the rubber trim on the back inside edge of the front doors?
The rubber seems to have worn away and the metal left inside is scraping paint off the back door front.
Where can replacements be obtained? (cheaply...)
