Looking for advice guys...

I WAS with an Insurance co called Subaru Insured - Equity Red Star for 3 years, and cancelled my policy 3+ weeks ago and moved to one of our discounted insurance providers and have to say got a sweet deal. Thank you Greenlight

Anyways, when I cancelled my insurance with Subaru Insured - Equity Red Star I asked for my NCB letter, they said it will be with you shortly.... I presumed a few days..

So- Week three and it is still not here...

After 4 letters, 6 phone calls and lots of cursing to myself!! I still havn't received my letter with my proof of NCB...Last week one of the Subaru Insured - Equity Red Star staff called me and left me a voicemail saying it is on its way, form Essex, one week later and it still HAS NOT arrived. Think they might be bull****ting me now

Aaag Frustrated!!

Anyone else using or used Subaru Insured via Equity Red Star? had problems?

Looking for advice please, I am going to contact the Insurance and Finance ombudsman today, but wanted fellow members input

I had my DC5 insured through Equity Red Star and never had any problems with them at all. In fact they were always very helpful with any changes and even when I told them that I wouldn't be renewing with them.
