I rang Keith michaels in the afternoon , got put through straight to gary first time and got my insurance sorted in about 30 seconds well it was only to let him know I changed from my classic to hawk eye ! Thought I would share this as there seem to be a few ( very few ) that rant and complain that he's hard to get hold of !!!!
To be fair i think his impossible to not to get hold of on the phone. Ive always said it, maybe the might not be the cheapest but at least you know gary is easily obtainable on the phone or on the internet at 11pm on a sunday night. Customer service means more to a lot of people so id happily keep my insurance with gary and keith micheals.
