Default Thanks to Gary M

Been having an issue with a 3rd party not admitting liability after they reversed into my wife. After alot of phonecalls between insurance companies and brokers, Gary has sorted the problem. Awaiting phone call to collect the car.
Above and beyond the call from Gary.

Good work Moley,

Great customer service.

It's nice to see that we're not the only specialist to roll up our sleeves and to do whatever it takes to sort out customers at the time of a claim, rather than pointing at or blaming the Insurer and sitting there whilst the customer suffers.

Top work and kudos to you

Kind regards

Tony

Thanks Tony, all a part of the job

I know it's hard to get through to me sometimes for quotes, but that's becasue i try and make sure my existing clients get the customer service they deserve (which can take up a lot of my time)

It actually makes a nice change from doing quotes all the time.

That said, i won't be changing my job to a claims handler anytime soon!

Apologies, we have been absolutely manic this week.

Unfortunately my voicemail does state that if you choose to leave a message i'll ring you back when i'm free... but be being free is taking quite a while.
