Default Laid Up Insurance

Hi all,

Does anybody know or can anybody recommend an insurance company that will sort me out with laid up insurance for my classic import Impreza?

Thanks

Paul

I'd actually like to know this myself, as i don't know any companies who do it, and get asked the question quite a lot.

Taking my car off the road for a bit to get a gearbox problem sorted + not going to have time to really use the car this year due to work.

Rang adrian flux who my policy is currenlty with. They want £100 to cancel my existing policy then £234 a year for laid up insurance. Thought that was a bit steep for a 2004 wrx!?! Then to top it off she said the laid up insurance is non-refundable!

Any other suggestions please people?

I'm guessing you don't get no claims bonus whilst using laid up cover?
