Its not often that I post on here but Ive just spoken to the legendary Gary Moulson at Keith Michaels and had to drop a quick note on here to say how pleased I am.

Over the years of trying to get hold of him and reading threads on here, I think I had probably built up a bit of an iffy image in my own mind, but what a thoroughly nice bloke he is and a genuine pleasure to deal with - pleasant and straighforward with a very professional attitude.

I used to be a broker and know what he has to put up with but I can honestly say he's got a great attitude and is a credit to his employers. The fact that he gave me a cracking quote and won my business seems almost irrelevant in the circumstances

In a world of poor attitudes and dreadful customer service this was a rare treat. Cheers
