Hi,

I got my certificate and policy through from Chris Knott last week. I was surprised that the schedule just shows the basic make/model of my scoob, even though they have full details of my performance pack and other mods. Anybody had this experience with them? Do I need to worry? Policy is with Wren by the way.

Cheers,
Gareth

Don't worry.

If you listed the mods on the proposal form you submitted, the insurer will be aware.

They don't list the mods because they have standard info to fill in on the schedule. They probably don't have your occupation or the location of the vehicle overnight on the schedule but they are aware. Its all listed under your record with the insurer.

Thanks for the confirmation - I'm a bit sensitive on this one as Direct Line previously denied all knowledge of the mods I had carefully advised them of in writing!

I went with you guys because of the recommendations on here so assumed you were a bit more savvy than DL.

Cheers,
Gareth
