NCB DISCOUNT??
When i passed my test i had my own policy and earned 1 years ncb, but since then i have been a named driver on a van policy for three years, i have heard that some insurance companys will accept them three years of being a named driver as NCB am i right in saying that? I am 21 no points clean licence. Insurance is being hard to find at a tidy price.
