Default big up to a plan

i got my renewal through(£404)and ive had cheaper quotes,so i rang them up todoy and had a good chat and they have done it just over £40 quid cheaper than the renewal
it just goes to show if your honest and are happy with the service you get you can still get a good deal without going to the big names!cheers

I paid £559 via A-plan last year - renewal this year, with no change in circumstances, £699! Rang but no movement in figures. . . .where have I gone wrong?
