I had a woman reverse into my drivers door this morning, she actually left me a note but she made a right mess of it .. Best thing was I'd only moved it out of the drive to let my hubby out, got side tracked by a phone call so didn't put it straight away again (about half hour's worth) went back to find the door dented and a note on it ?

I'm with A plan in Thatcham who I am going to ring in the morning, I haven't rung them yet as I only got the other silly womans details tonight, she said she was so busy watching the front of her car she didn't think to watch the rear ????

Anyway I'm concerned that the other insurer won't understand that I don't want to take my car to any old garage and as us scooby lovers use a decent specialist insurance so can we insist its repaired by a decent scooby garage or someone of our choice too ? I don't fancy some tit using my car for a chip shop run in his lunch break ?
