Yep, have now renewed again with Gary the other day. One criticism I have with Keith Michaels renewal process is the need to either fax or send your full payment details Luckily I spoke to Gary over the phone and had it sorted there and then and painless too

on another note i rang gary for three days and left loads of voice mails but never got a reply!

 

On my voicemail message it does ask for you to ring back in 10-15 minutes, but if you choose to leave a message i'll get back to you when i am free (ie there is no rush for a call back)

I was off on Thursday, and on Friday i was doing my work, my managers work (who was off ill), working on examples for a new scheme we are being given (which should make us have even more competitive rates), sending out renewals, ringing people about their renewals (due to the shocking postal system we have)... and having to do all this with chronic toothache.

Therefore i wasn't able to get back to people with non-urgent queries.

I will try to get back to people tomorrow, but TBH if i feel like i do now i won't be in work, as i'll be at the dentist. (anyone know a cure for bad toothache?)

nah it wernt last week it was the week before i kept ringing keith micheals up and they said hes currently on a call before i knew it i was on your voicemail. this happened about 10 times over 3 days before i gave up. i rang your direct line too.

 

Shouldn't have had that much trouble getting through.

same for me aswell cant get hold of him and no reply to voicemail. same story with swinton phoned for a quote yesterday still not got a price. so far best company ive called is A plan
