May also be something to do with the fact that all evos before the nine are imports.
At 45 years old I am looking at near £700 to insure an evo, £550 JDM Scoob, £200 uk classic, all for business use.

Ive just been offered a straight swap, my 2001 uk300 for a evo 7. i pay £600 fully comp on the scoob and my insurance company want nearly £3.5k for the evo. although the evo is worth more, by the time i insure it it wouldn't be worth swapping.
Anyone want to buy a evo 7 £6.5k. lol
