Disappointed to read that

I know it is often difficult to get hold of me, but i am trying to help any Subaru owners needing new quotes, aswell as looking after my existing customers, whereas other companies have several people doing the same job.

I apologise to anyone who can't get hold of me, but on the plus side not many companies can be contacted via pm on evenings and weekends to offer advice and help

Really can't fault either of them. They have both helped me in the past.

But A-plan have got my business this year thanks to Rob, and the efforts he has made.

Gary was instrumental in me securing a £780 DECREASE in my premium last December. A-plan could only manage £500, and they never called me back. To simply suggest the customer service from A-plan supresses Keith Michaels is laughable, unless you have relations and/or mates rates coming through them.

Its hard to get an initial quote from Gary, but once you're in he really does go the extra mile.

Same for me too, got the Evo and Diesel pug both with KM, top bloke is Gary, very helpful and you can actually have a conversation about something actually interesting

This thread just seems like a lets slate KM one tbh, why feel the need to basically pair them both off against each other cos one was cheaper?

For the record KM were cheaper for ME than A-Plan, by a long way, and customer service was as bad as the quote, so swings and roundabouts.

I was with A Plan but was not best pleased with the customer service after an incident Gary has saved me plenty of money, makes it harder for me not to mod my car as there is only a small increase in the premium even for an engine change and he always replies to my pms in super quick time

My experiences with Gary at KM have been nothing but perfect. I could not wish for a better service. A good week and a half before my renewal was up, Gary PM'ed me through SN and the price he gave me was better than I was thinking. He even sent out the forms and cert. before I had even paid KM.

I also agree that you can actually have a proper conversation with Gary. Last year when I was getting quote for the Yaris, he started talking about his mishap he had at the track and what he was going to to put it right. (new bottom end or something? I forget now) It was nice and really interesting rather than talking about boring car insurance.

I know it maybe hard to actually get hold of the man himself, but I am sure he is working very hard in the office pleasing all of his customers and making them happy with the fantastic quotes he gets. So much so, He is currently insuring two cars (Impreza and Yaris) and he also quoted my dad better than CSMA LV could...and that was a first.

Keep up the good work Gary

Have you ever heard of the phrase...

"If at first you don't succeed, try and try again".

This worked for me, Moley and I have spoken several times. Indeed even pm's have flown across and back quick sharp.

Maybe he doesn't like you
