Default Thanks to Rob@A-Plan!!

Top notch lad..Excellent services!

I've only got 1 year UK Full license because I exchanged my HongKong one so late, and I'm under 25 with 6 years NCB. The car I'm going to get is a modified JDM blobeye.

Most of the insurance companies either declined me straight away or gave me some stupid quotes which were ridiculously sky high.

Comparatively, Rob took my details, asked my car histories, made some phone calls and replied me promptly with a really reasonable price which I'm totally satisfied!

Again, Thanks Rob, you give me a perfect birthday gift.

Regards
Li

well not so great service if you want to cancel within the 14 day cooling off period!

how many times do you have to say I want to cancel and how many people do I need to talk to????

Rob, if its not cancelled and the documents your team have promised arrive, I will goto the ombudsman!

you have been warned!

Shaggy,

Having spoken to you now trust all sorted, however, if anyone wants to cancel a policy (within the 14 days cooling off period or not) all we need back is the documents and a brief note saying cancel. We will then cancel and issue any refund due.

Something to be mindful of is if you have had a fault claim, typically but not always, no refund is due whoever you are insured with.

Any issues speak to me directly - Rob
