He's rang today and got put on hold then told you went out after 20 mins
and he's rang 3 times this afternoon and left messages

I think he spoke to Fraser in the end, who is going to speak to the underwriters in the morning to see what we can do.
Apologies to anyone who has tried to contact me recently, i have had to try to fit 5 days work into 1 and a half days....not easy!!!
