MOBILE PHONE CONVICTION INCREASES INS 30%
If you use your mobile phone and get caught with 3 points and fine, this penalty code, when you tell some insurers, will now be treated in the same way as a conviction for dangerous drivng thereby increasing your premium by as much as 30%.
