insurance company
hi does any one know the name of the insurance governing body. Who u go to complain about the insurance company. my insurance company are taking too long to settle the claim

Try the financial ombudsman. 0845 0801800 or Financial Ombudsman Service. You can email the ombudsman at complaint.info@financial-ombudsman.org.uk or write to the Office of the Financial Ombudsman at South Quay Plaza, 183 Marsh Wall, London E14 9SR.
