I just changed to greenlight last week. I turned 25 in march. However I emailed them in jan, they replied with a quote but also gave me a price for when I reached 25. Seemed very helpful and beat my existing renewal price with Tesco by 50%.
Try emailing them mate

Hi Yorksmale82,

If you get a chance can you PM me your actual name/postcode as i'd like to check into this.

To confirm, Greenlight are able to cover drivers aged 23+ who fit our other acceptance criteria (ie postcode, driving experience).

Many thanks

Tony

Hi Neil,

Thanks for the details, I think Ive got to the bottom of it.

You had submitted 6 recent quote requests with differing date of birth details, which with our system recognising you to be the same individual resulted in your being flagged and rejected.

With the fundamental principle that Insurance contracts are based upon being uppermost good faith, Integrity is an important issue to any Underwriter and they do expect the correct details to be declared.

We may be able to resurrect the situation, but will require your explanation as to this discrepancy in order to do so.

Many thanks

Tony
