Loading for engine mods
Just curious to get an idea what sort of loading you guys are getting on your premiums for engine upgrades.
Got my premium from A-Plan for my renewal and asked them what to expect if I carry out my planned mods and up my WRX to approx 300bhp. They said as it was a 40-50% increase in power, the premium would go up by 40-50%.
Seems common sense-ish, but I was wondering is this the norm or do other companies load less given that the premium is not just about the driving risk.
